BestFanVids is an online platform that permits users and other contributors to submit and upload adult content.
BestFanVids requires users who submit adult content to represent that all persons depicted in such content are at least 18 years of age and that the uploader has the legal right, authorization, consent, and any records required by applicable law to submit and distribute the material.
BestFanVids does not knowingly permit content depicting minors or persons under 18 years of age. Content suspected of involving a minor, lack of consent, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, or other unlawful conduct may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Where records required under 18 U.S.C. ยงยง 2257, 2257A, or applicable regulations are maintained by an original producer or other legally responsible party, requests concerning those records should be directed to that producer or responsible party as identified in the relevant content or accompanying records.
